Best Indoor Activities and Playcenters For Kids Across Melbourne
Whether it’s pouring with rain or the middle of a heatwave, Melbourne’s weather doesn’t always make outdoor play easy. But luckily, there are so many fun indoor places for kids across the city – and this guide rounds up our favourites by area to make planning your next outing a breeze.
From trampoline parks and indoor playgrounds with mega ball pits, to immersive museums, kids cinemas, indoor gymnastics, and even sensory zones for all abilities—you’ll find something for every age and stage, no matter where you live.
We’ve explored them all (or at least most of them!) and these are the indoor spots I’d happily go back to with my own two boys. So grab your snacks, put on your grippy socks, and scroll through to find your next indoor adventure.
